8th International Africa Festival Tübingen, Germany – August 2018
Call for participation
Live music
performers, groups, traders, exhibitors, food vendors, Small & Medium sized
companies, Journalist, sponsors and collaborators, interested in participating
at the 8th edition International Africa Festival Tübingen, Germany
can now send in their applications.
Each year, the festival bring thousands of
people irrespective of their countries together to celebrate Arts & music,
young & old talent and tradition vs modernity in an extraordinary four-day
event, 2018 shall focus on East Africa region.
The
International Africa Festival Tübingen, Germany is a highlight and melting pot for Africans in and out of Germany.
The call for applications is open until 31
March 2018
The festival
will feature traditional and modern live performances on stage offering diverse
and original music from across the African continent and the diaspora.
The
selection committee shall meets in April to finalize the line-up, after which
all applicants will be notified of their status before May 2018
For those
selected, the Festival will cover the following expenses for participating
artists

modest honorarium
·
Per
diems for meals
·
Accommodation
in Tübingen
·
Artist
profile in festival programs, press releases, website and social media
·
Please
note that artists from outside the region may be required to find their own
travel sponsors.
