1.Oversee all human resources management activities within Gapco |
· Recruitment and selection
· Induction of new staff
· Compensation and benefits
· Rewards and recognition programmes
· Performance management processes
· Employee communication
· Industrial relations & collective bargaining agreement
· Staff development
|
2.Policy & procedure development |
· Suggest , assist and follow up on company procedure documentation
· Coordinate the resolution of specific policy related and procedural problems, conflicts and inquiries
· Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements
|
3. Administration
|
· Provide administrative support for local offices and
terminals, upcountry locations and all staff related requirements
|
Education and Experience:
- Graduate in Human Resources Management with 5 Years experience in senior level Human Resources.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Leadership skill
- Excellent communication, reporting and presentation skill.
- Managerial, organizing and co-ordinating skill.
- System development skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving ability.
- Planning and decision-making.
- Self-motivated and strong organizational skill.
