MAJOR ACTIVITIES
1.Oversee all human resources management activities within Gapco
·         Recruitment and selection
·         Induction of new staff
·         Compensation and benefits
·         Rewards and recognition programmes
·         Performance management processes
·         Employee communication
·         Industrial relations & collective bargaining agreement
·         Staff development
2.Policy & procedure development
 
·         Suggest , assist and  follow up on company procedure documentation
·         Coordinate the resolution of specific policy related and procedural problems, conflicts and inquiries
·         Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements
 3. Administration
·         Provide administrative support for local offices and terminals, upcountry locations and all staff related requirements



Education and Experience:
-          Graduate in Human Resources Management with 5 Years experience in senior level Human Resources.


Skills and Knowledge:
  • Leadership skill
  • Excellent communication, reporting and presentation skill.

  • Analytical thinking and problem solving ability.
