Tanzania Standard (Newspapers) Limited is a private limited liability company owned by the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania. The company publishes Tanzania's leading newspapers - Daily News, Sunday News, Habarileo, Habarieo Jumapili, Spotileo and online editions of Daily News and Habarileo newspapers accessed on the website www.dailynews-tsn.com  and www.habarileo.co.tz
 It owns modern printing and pre-press facilities and has an elaborate products distribution network.
Suitably qualified Tanzanians are invited to join our family in the following positions:
Reports to:Sales and Marketing Manager
Working Stations:(Moshi, Mbeya, Dodoma and Morogoro)
Entry Qualifications:
Holder of B.Com (Marketing; Business Administration) or its equivalent from a recognized Institution. S/he must have at least three (3) years relevant work experience.
S/he must have computer skills.
Good written communication skills
Should be fluent in English and Kiswahili.
Main duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing obligation
Sells advertisement space Prepares periodic sales reports Collects advertisement revenue
In collaboration with the debt collector makes follow up on advertisement debts Directs and attends to customers
Preparing periodic sales reports and sales forecast
Conduct periodic market surveys     .
Develops individual targets and all performance as part of the individual performance agreement in consultation with the head of section
Performs any other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor
Circulation and Newspaper Distribution obligation
Appoint newspaper agents and identify more distribution and selling points Collects sales proceeds, receives
Verifies returned newspapers
Monitors newspaper delivery and report status to Head office on daily basis
Prepares weekly and monthly circulation sales and newspaper returns collection and sales reports
Conducts market surveillance and intelligence to check the performance of TSN against competitors' products performs any other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor
