Salary Range: €37,750 - €51,716 per annum (depending on experience)

The Centre for Global Health wishes to appoint a Research Fellow to lead the operational research component of a 5-year collaborative MCH (mother and child health) project with World Vision Ireland. The overall objective of the AIM-Health Programme is to improve the health outcomes of mothers and children through the use of a timed and targeted package of health promotion and disease prevention interventions delivered by trained Community Health Workers. The project will run simultaneously in 5 countries: Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Sierra Leone and Mauritania. The Research Fellow will be expected to work with the CGH and World Vision staff to design and seek funding for an operational research programme aimed at improving the effectiveness, scalability and sustainability of the various components of the AIM Health Programme.
