by Kenya, Uganda, Zambia and Mozambique. Tanzania has a beautiful
tropical climate with temperatures rarely falling below 20 °C (68 °F)
with the hottest periods occuring between May and August with an average
temperature of 32 °C. Tanzania boasts beautiful beaches, and not to
mention the popular tourist destination of Zanzibar!
As well as the beautiful beaches, Tanzania has a considerable wildlife
habitat, including much of the Serengeti plain, where the white bearded
wildebeest and other animals reside. If you are looking for a location

My client, a Big 4 firm, is looking to expand their tax function and are
looking for a Tax Manager who has knowledge of the Tanzanian tax system
to join their team. To be considered for this role, you will match the
following requirements:
Previous experience of Tanzanian or East African tax systems is highly desirable
4 years + Big 4 experience
Variety of client base, although previous experience within the Oil
& Gas or Telecommunications will be highly advantageous but not
essential
Must have had exposure to advisory work as well as compliance as this is
a varied role and you must be able to advise on different tax issues
Must be currently at Tax Manager grade
