Kenyans – 91 per cent – have indicated that they will participate in the
exercise and ultimately vote on March 4, 2013.
This
is expected to come as a boost to the electoral commission which
intends to register at least 18 million voters within a 30 day period
using the Biometric Voters Registration (BVR) kits.
