With 1B operational branches In Tanzania DTB now look for able and qualified individuals to fill the following roles in the Corporate Office, Dar es Salaam and in new upcoming branches.
Working under the Head - Retail Banking, successful Candidates will be responsible to assist in the development and management of effective sales strategies, exploring for new markets and utilizing new/existing contacts to ensure growth in sales of Banking products and liability business. The incumbent will also be responsible to generate deposits and loans by:
Initiate, direct and monitor efficient implementation of projects, policies and procedures in order to contribute to the achievement of goals set for profitable business growth.
Establish and maintain cohesive relationships with peers to facilitate smooth coordination for efficient day to day operations.
Maintaining good customer relationship in order to ensure that customer needs are met and are in line with the strategic objectives of the bank. Cross selling of other banking products including credit, forex services and asset products.
Education Qualifications
University graduate preferably in Business/Management.
Experience & Competencies Required
5 years minimum experience 2 years being in a managerial position in a commercial bank.
Strong evaluation, communication and reporting skills
Able to provide advice and cause/effect evaluation to support business decision making
