Human Resource and Administration Manager POSITION DESCRIPTION:

a) Support the Company’s mission, vision, values and goals in the performance of daily activities.
b) Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions through ensuring that the contracts and obligations of both sides are well documented.
c) Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
d) Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
e) Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the company at hearings and ensure that the company is legally protected in labor matters.
f) Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
g) Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
h) Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
i) Maintain human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees according to the organization structure and work needs.
j) To act as transformation team secretary by minute taking and distribution of meeting minutes, reports and other documents as required.
k) Keep track of office requirements and ensure that all working tools are available to staff.
l) General Office administration to ensure that the office premises are clean and tidy at all times.
m) Guide others to follow office systems and protocols.
n) Implement the branding policy to reflect in all our dealings internal and external.
o) Ensure that the company mission and vision is well known to all employees of the company.


APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

The applicant must be a degree holder with a bias in Human Resource management, administration or Bachelor of Laws, with at least five years experience in the same position in a respectable organization. Knowledge of labor laws of Tanzania is important.
