- JOB TITLE: Administrative Officer
Reports to: City Centre Branch Manager
Key
Responsibilities:
The prospective candidate will be
responsible for the following;
1.
Act
as first point of contact for clients seeking information about UCC Services
and Products.
2.
Ensure
that all students have settled their tuition fees in time.
3.
Provide
administrative and logstic services at the Branch.
4.
Order
supplies and equipment/maintain stock
5.
Ensure
safety and security of students and staff
6.
Manage
assets at the Branch
7.
Perform
any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualification
and Experience
·
Holder
of a University degree in Public Administration, Business Administration,
Management, Sociology or equivalent
·
At
least one years experience from a reputable organization
·
Excellent
interpersonal skills
·
Excellent
communication and presentation skills
·
He/she
should be able to maintain ethical standard at
work
