My client is currently seeking a competent person at very senior level for the position of General Manager - East Africa
Rapidly growing mining company listed on the stock exchange.
Requirements:

Over 10 years direct coal mining experience
Strong commercial, sales and marketing experience
Government relations/stakeholder engagement
Financial skills within a mining environment
Seasoned expat with Africa /remote mining background
Must be capable of blending with local people and Governments and have a keen sense of commercial business
Qualification in engineering or mining related subjects
MBA advantageous
